SCHULZ PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 21, 2026, the Zoning Board of the Borough of West Long Branch adopted a Resolution granting the request of Stephen Schulz to withdraw and dismiss, without prejudice, his appeal from the decision of the Zoning Officer concerning property located at 63 Summers Avenue, West Long Branch, New Jersey, also known as Block 71, Lot 14.02 on the Borough Tax Map.
